Today is the last day for credit card orders via SchoolCash Online, but we’ll continue to accept e-Transfer payments until Saturday night (late orders will start pizza the following week on Sept 30).

Financial Support: To ensure that everyone can participate, School Council provides FREE pizza to families in need of financial assistance. Please contact our Principal at Louise.Cesario@ocdsb.ca to make a confidential request. Join our Pizza Team! Pizza is our largest fundraiser and we depend on parent volunteers to make it happen. If you’re able to spare an hour on some Tuesdays at 10:45am to help hand out pizza, please email us at SevernSchoolCouncil@gmail.com. Volunteering is a fun way to meet other parents and drop in on your child’s classroom!

Open House & Picnic Social

Pack your family a picnic dinner, grab a blanket, and join us for a meet-and-greet with Severn educators. Come tour our learning spaces, then head outside to enjoy free treats, outdoor play, and music in the yard.

6-7pm: Picnic and Play in the Yard

This FREE event is open to all Severn families. We look forward to seeing you there!

Annual General Meeting - All are welcome!

Join us for our first School Council meeting of the year: Wednesday, September 24th from 6:30-8:30pm in the School Library (use parking lot side entrance) or online at bit.ly/sevmeet.

This month, we’ll report on last year’s accomplishments, elect a new Council for 2025-2026, and start planning for the year ahead. See the proposed meeting agenda for details.

Get Involved! Parents or guardians interested in joining School Council can submit a self-nomination form or sign up at the meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings and/or volunteer for our initiatives, even without becoming a member.
