Terry Fox Fundraiser

We are participating again this year in the Terry Fox Run. Our school will be hosting our run on Friday, October 10. Please join us in helping to raise funds for the Terry Fox Foundation. Our goal this year is to raise $5000.

School Open House & Picnic Social, Thursday September 25

Pack your family a picnic dinner, grab a blanket, and join us for a meet-and-greet with Severn educators. Come tour our learning spaces, then head outside to enjoy free treats, outdoor play, and music in the yard.

5-6pm: Classroom Visits
6-7pm: Picnic and Play in the Yard

This FREE event is open to all Severn families. We look forward to seeing you there!

Need a ride? We want everyone to have the opportunity to attend. If your family requires transportation to and/or from the event, please email SevernSchoolCouncil@gmail.com.

Drop Off

A reminder, please, that if you drop your children off after the bell has rung, bring them to the front of the school and ring to be let in. Students are not able to enter the school through the back yard after school has started. 

REKSAP

If You Need CHILD CARE . . .

REKSAP Centres For Early Learning is accepting applications for kindergarten children.

• REKSAP Centres For Early Learning is a licensed non-profit Child Care program on site at Severn School. 
• REKSAP offers Child Care for children from 1½ to 11 years old with Registered Early Childhood Educators. 
• REKSAP operates Monday to Friday, twelve months of the year from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.  
• REKSAP has before- and after-school Child Care for kindergarten and school-aged children as well as full-day Child Care during March Break, P.A. days and summer holidays.

Those wishing to apply for a space in our program should register with City of Ottawa Child Care Registry and Waitlist
