Dear Severn Avenue Families,

Some reminders:

Drop-off by Parents/Guardians – Please drop your child(ren) off between 9:00 am to 9:15 am. The school day begins at 9:15 am. Our school parking lot will be closed at that time.  Please ensure you find an alternate parking location on side streets (on Arkell Str,  Chambers Str)  to park and walk your child to the drop-off points. There is no parking allowed in the front of the school. This is the same process for pick up which is at 3:45 pm. We recommend that you pick up before 3:30pm or after 3:45pm due to the parking lot closure. 

Dressing for the weather- As the weather changes, please ensure your child is dressed appropriately. When the warmer weather approaches our yard becomes quite wet. Extra socks and a change of clothing would be helpful to have at school.

Ramadan - We would like to acknowledge that some of our families may be observing Ramadan during this month. As Eid approaches we would like to remind you to report student absences in School Messenger should your child(ren) be staying at home to celebrate. If you have any difficulties using the School Messenger App you may report absences by phone at 1-833-202-1417.

March 28, 2025 - PD Day, no school for students

April 18, 2025 - Good Friday, no school

April 21, 2025 - Easter Monday, no school

April 25, 2025 - School Spirit Day - “Sports Team Day”
